High Performance, Low Power, Multi-Channel 24-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter for Precision Measurement Applications
HYCON Technology introduces a new series of 24bit high precision Sigma-Delta Analog-to-Digital Converter-HY310 & HY311 series that is suitable for a wide variety of precision measurements like bridge sensors etc. Minimum input-referred noise: 50nVrms, output rate up to 7680SPS.
  Main Features of HY310 & HY311 Series:
  Operation voltage: 2.4V to 3.6V, temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃
  Built-in VDDA regulator, 2.4V, 2.7V, 3.0V and 3.3V voltage selection
  External/internal clock source
  Built-in temperature sensor with ±2℃ accuracy
  IIC & SPI interface
  Up to 4 analog channels
  24-bit fully differential ΣΔ analog-to-digital converter (ADC)
       Lowest RMS noise level: 50nV
       Output rate up to 7680SPS
       50/60Hz signal rejection
       Built-in high impedance input buffer at the reference end
       Built-in PGA, x1, x2, x4…x128 gain amplification
  Operation current:
       Full speed: 1050μA (OPAMP excluded)
       Sleep current: 1μA
